An idea conceived in 2014 by Allan Suarez of Harlem based All Renovation Construction LLC and executed with the help of his co-founder Pietro Calabretta. Allan’s vision was to revitalize a Newark blighted property into a unique collaborative workspace for entrepreneurs and existing business owners in need of affordable office space.
“Our goal was to introduce a co-working model in Newark through a unique and underutilized property’, this would allow us to successfully showcase our development strategy going forward in Newark” says Newark Foundry Co-founder Allan Suarez.
