Newark Foundry Workspaces was born from a simple idea, invest in ourselves the same way we do for our clients.
In 2017, Allan Suarez and Pietro Calabretta of All Renovation Construction LLC took a chance on Newark, New Jersey, acquiring a long-neglected historic mansion at 569 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. At a time when few were looking to develop in the area, they saw an opportunity to restore a unique property and create something meaningful for the local business community.
Drawing on their experience in high-end residential and restoration work, the team transformed the dilapidated structure into one of Newark’s first entrepreneur-focused office environments, offering private offices in a setting that breaks away from the typical corporate space. Located along the historic Newark “Mansion Row” on what was formerly High Street, now MLK Blvd, the project helped spark renewed interest and development in the area, something the founders remain proud to have been part of.
From the beginning, the concept was straightforward, provide professionals and small business owners with a distinctive, affordable workspace where everything is included. Rent covers utilities, internet, parking, and shared amenities, allowing tenants to focus entirely on growing their business without the burden of hidden costs or added fees.
